Tunnel Pulling Winch/tunnel winch is used for pulling the phase 3 compost from Tunnel and transferring to conveyor belt.
The process
Phase 鈪onsists of six different stages.
1. Leveling
2. Warming up
3. Pasteurizing
4. Cooling down
5. Conditioning
6. Cooling for spawning
The process
1. Tunnel where phase ll is ready.
2. A pulling winch pulls the phase l/compost out of the tunnel.
3. A small conveyor belt distributes the spawn evenly over the compost.
4. A large conveyor belt transports the compost from the pulling winch to a central belt at the top of the spawning hall.
5. The compost falls from this central belt onto the filling cassette that enters the tun
