Q. How long does your warranty last? What does it cover?
A: Warranty for valves and actuators is last for twelve (12) months from the shipping date of original purchase. It covers the repair for the defect resulting from the use under normal and customary manner. However, valve consumables (including body seal, seat, thrust washer, stem packing, stem bushing, and gland bearing) are not included in the warranty.
Q. What is the biggest size you can make?
A: The biggest size we can do for ball valves is 24鈥?(DN600). As for blind flange valves, it is 30鈥?(DN750), and for double block and bleed gate valves is 48鈥?(DN1200).Electric Ball Valve suppliers
